Bully prevention lessons
Part of becoming a martial artist is believing and fighting for yourself. We talk once a week on the importance of not being a bully and not getting bullied.
Children work with peer and in groups, learning to cooperate with other kids and to show respect for others.

The systematic method of teaching, going from belt to belt, gives kids with ADHD a tangible framework for measuring their progress and personal growth.

We recommend student trains 2 to 4 times per week. Those have proven for best outcome to succeed.
Each lesson lasts 45 minutes.
Monday thru Friday
Children White Belt:
5:45 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Children and Adults Color Belts:
6:30 p.m. – 7:10 p.m.
