In personal training you are learning at a progressive rate. What takes someone a week to get in a class setting you can achieve in two sessions.

We will schedule your first lesson on how to tackle your goals and we give you an idea of how long it will take to reach them.
The private lessons are bought in a package of five classes at a time. Each session ranges from 45 minutes to an hour.
